There are two entirely different stories doing the rounds about the Rihanna photo. Well, actually, two different stories about two different Rihanna photos.

The first Rihanna photo is the one of her when she was displaying the effects of having been badly beaten. The claim is that the LA cops who took it as evidence then sold it on so that it would appear everywhere. This Rihanna photo would thus prejudice the jury pool in the case over whether Chris  Brown had in fact beaten her.

Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos filed a motion Wednesday in the Los Angeles Superior Court seeking access to internal LAPD records.

Geragos believes that the photo of a badly beaten Rihanna was illegally leaked to the media by an LAPD officer.

Geragos says the photograph was sold by someone at the LAPD. The shot was all over the Web, and on TV shows and still remains on the TMZ website.

‘’The purpose of the leak was necessarily for profit and to vilify Mr. Brown and poison the potential jury pool,"

Sounds a resonable theory to us here, it has to be said.

Geragos states in the new motion reviewed exclusively by RadarOnline.com that Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Fenty,  was very concerned about information being leaked to the media.

Everyone deserves a fair trial after all.

The second Rihanna photo story concerns somethat show her less than clothed. Or are alleged to show Rihanna less than clothed:

Nearly forty-eight hours after compromising nude photographs of Bad Boy starlet Cassie hit the net, shocking photos of "Disturbia" singer Rihanna have done the same !

The photos, released Friday afternoon, showcase Rihanna in a large bathroom in various shots including photographs of her breasts, lower abdomen and other risque areas. One photo in particular shows the star from knee up covering one breast with a pink towel, while the other breast, which is pierced with a ring, is show in the other.

Well, the photos do show Rihanna less than clothed but not actually naked.

A series of naked photos allegedly showing R&B singer Rihanna have been posted on the internet.

The six self-taken images show a nude woman in a variety of raunchy poses.

However the woman's face is not visible in the naked pictures, leading to doubt over the authenticity of the pictures.

Hardly the most startling of stuff. There are singers who appear on stage leaving less to the imagination.
