Kate Moss job swap

Kate Moss has a career change, well for one day.  Kate's nanny, who happens to be Sadie Frost's mum turned 60, so for a birthday treat Kate and Mary Davidson swapped jobs.

Mary had salmon and champagne for breakfast, lots of pressies and a trip on a yacht.  Kate got to spend time with her daughter, Lila Grace.

I don't really see that as a job swap as surely Kate should be spending time with her daughter?
