Matt Maupin

The remains of Matt Maupin have been identified in Iraq. Maupin had been listed as missing, captured in action, in Iraq since April 2004.

The fuel convoy he was travelling with was ambushed just outside Baghdad. DNA testing has been able to identify remains found just recently as those of the missing soldier.
