Might Work

When drawing cartoons of Mohammed:

Before creating the sketches he should have taken out a multi-million dollar life insurance policy naming the Israeli defence force as his beneficiary. Then he should have revealed the details of his life insurance policy at the same time he unveiled his pictures.

Genius!! The only flaw being I can imagine that either the premiums would be unaffordable, or more likely no insurer would cover him. Love the idea though.

It sounds like a great idea, but the problem is that the Israelis, and Mossad in particular, will immediately be blamed (not just suspected) should he die, no matter how he did.

Under UK law (at least), the IDF would have to show an insurable interest in the artist's life, which it is unlikely to be able to do.
