Wise Words

So also, in the view of most us, is sovereignty a good thing. We do not just want regulation and a government that can provide social insurance: we want the relevant choices to be made by our government officials, who are elected by our country's citizens, and for whom our interests are paramount.

I'm guessing social insurance is the best example of the word social to reverse the next words meaning.
