The Governor's Letter To Gordon Brown
Courtesy of Zorro in the comments a few posts ago we now have the full text of that letter which the Governor of the Bank of England ought to write to Gordon Brown. You know, the one explaining why inflation is higher than the target?
Short and sweet actually, quite succinct:
Dear Chancellor,
Inflation is over 3.00% because you are a cunt with the economic skills of a drunken badger.
Yours...
Merv

Everybody lauds the Gobling King for making BoE independent. But he handed them a duff set of rules. IMHO they should look at RPI not CPI and the target inflation rate should have been NIL.
