Eric Schiffer
Anyone fascinated by Eric Schiffer might want to start hanging around Glagow athe end of this year. He's booked to start filming a remake of an old Charles Bronson movie "Death Wish Returns". I'll admit that I only ever saw the first of the old series, never bothering with the follow ons. About the only thing I can remember about the whole series actually is that it's what made Michael Winner's fortune. Yes, winner's Dinners are brought to you by the residuals from Charles Bronson movies.
Anyway, Eric Schiffer is also booked to make an Action Comedy (I guess this means something like Lethal Weapon?) alongside TK Carter as a "buddy flick".

The "Death Wish" series of movies? About the mild mannered suberbanite driven to vigilantism because the state wouldn't do anything about rampant crime?
As a plot it might have worked when set in 1970's Pittsburgh, but in Mr Blair's modern efficient and safe Britain?
Nah, just can't believe it myself.
