Embarrasing Admission
Right, so I guess I can now officially be called old. I know who the Arctic Monkeys are, of course, the latest skiffle combo for the hipster teen set are they not?
But I've never actually heard one of their songs.

As far as I'm aware, neither have I. Which - considering that I, unlike you, live in the UK and am a fair bit younger (not that I'm saying you're old, you understand, merely more experienced), and especially considering that I make a sizeable chunk of my living from writing about popular culture - is probably a fair bit worse.

They're actually pretty good. 'Fake Tales of San Francisco' is one of theirs I particularly like. If you've heard Franz Ferdinand then that'll give you an idea of what they sound like.
Tim adds: Again, I know of FF but I've never knowingly heard them.
