What it is illegal to deny in one EU state will be illegal to assert in another.

Was David Irving one of those criminals who committed a serious offence abroad and who didn't have the details of his offence entered on the UK police computer? Would an Irishman caught foxhunting with dogs in the UK have his details entered on the Irish police computer?

As Stephen said, in covering your post, each population can then be transported be to the other's prison system. Wouldn't want to be a Frenchman in that situation.
