Hannan Blogs

I know I'm late to this but an email arrives informing me that Daniel Hannan has a blog. Excellent, just one little thing though. He agrees that an impartial history of the European Union be written. Err, didn't his Telegraph colleague, Christopher Booker, write one with Richard North? The Great Deception?

History is reconstruction and interpretation of the past. An impartial history is a contradiction in terms.
