If I remember it correctly, the prime minister´s plan for privatisation went something like this:
- Sell all government companies.
- Sell all government assets.

What's the climate like in Georgia?

Tim adds: I've only been to abkhazia so I can't say for the whole place. On the coast and in the valleys, Mediterranean almost. Lots of high snowy mountains though. No, they have their own alphabet.
