Revocation of License to Practise
If economists had to have licenses to practice their profession, that remark would result in a suspended license.
The offending comment?
"If these people pull away so much wealth," he said, "that means everyone else has less."

The offending word here is 'practice'. In English, this can only be a noun. It changes to 'practise' when employed as a verb, except in the U.S.
