To Answer Gary Younge’s Question
This focus bypasses the very question the Labour party needs to answer
now more than ever: namely, what does it stand for apart from office?
That would be nothing then Gary.

Funny, there seems to be a lot of that about. Look at the entitlement explosion and the increase in federal spending overall since the "small gov" Republicans took over the Legislative branch in the US. Incumbency is the key aim of politicians.
