The G-Gnome on Greeks.
Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the Greek who owns EasyJet, has apparently dictated that baseball caps must not be worn in his Internet cafes.
Now I have the greatest respect for, well, at least some Greeks;
but isn't this just another little example of what a great country the
United Kingdom is, that it permits non-British people, foreigners, to
come here, make lots of money and then tell us how to behave? What to
wear?
You can almost see the brochure - no Islamic or German occupation; no military juntas; no corrupt lotteries - heck, we'll even look after your stuff for you - for hundreds of years - at our own expense....
