Umm, Boris?

Boris Johnson, in both Telegraph and blog, about the new paternity leave arrangements. Someone correct me here will you, but I thought that this leave was unpaid?

Well, the Guardian definitely reckons it's unpaid. Although a year paid maternity leave for mothers? That could be expensive...

Well, it'll start as unpaid leave, but wait until the lentil eaters begin whining like jet turbines and it'll become paid leave very quickly.

Give them two years and the pc crowd will have put yet another massive nail in the coffin of British competitivness.
