Mandelson.

Now that the complete tit is back from his holidays  he’s going to "solve the problem."

Mandelson repeated Sunday that the system had a "glitch."

"I wasn't responsible for creating that glitch,"

No, no, of course not Peter. It just happened, didn’t it. Nothing to do with you making an idiot decision in a particularly stupid manner, in the deepest ignorance of the industry you were attempting to regulate.

"He keeps saying different things," Stuart Newman, legal adviser at the Foreign Trade Association, which represents European body retailers and importers and has been critical of Mandelson. "He seems to be blaming different people at different times."

Such naivety Mr. Newman. He’s a politician. What do you expect him to do?

I do believe the tit has delighted in engineering this crisis. He needs us to see his arbitrary power. He just revels in playing the villain and can't help himself.
Now all you Catholics out there who cringe when we still annually burn Guy Fawkes, I can't think of a more deserving replacement.
