Weekend Competition Winners.

With reference to our little competition to design a bumper sticker for the Euroepan Union, time to announce the winners.

I liked this from Lemuel:

"EU - Mostly harmful. Do panic!"

and this from Ronnie:

"The EU: Regulations R Us"

and Blogyk’s

"Yoda says “Shit the EU is.”"

and John Jo’s

"The EU: It's like a socialist’s wank mag."

But I think we have three clear winners so in no particular order:

MEP - my other car is a gravy train.
Blogyk.

EU being serfed?
Alfred.

Don't Blame Me. I voted for Le Pen.
George.

Thanks to all for playing and the winners get the traditional award of a secret masonic handshake, a pat on the back and a virtual party with lashings of ginger beer.

Hooray! Might I be so bold as to swap the virtual ginger beer for a link to my blog?

'Fraid the "socialist wank mag" comment was JohnJo @ TEP rather than me - my contributions were entirely sarcastic.

(FWIW, Blogyk's is clearly the best for my money...)

Tim adds: ooopps! Sorry!

What's with this masonic handshake? I dug out an old Hayes modem manual and cannot find any such handhsaking protocol, but I did hear about the prostitute with Parkinson's disease who....

Thanks Tim. Had I not won I would have called for a re-run of the competition until you came to the "right answer."
