Eminent Domain.

EU Rota on the Supreme Court’s decision today on the subject of eminent domain. A bad, bad ruling.

Now property-owners in the US know how the Native Americans felt.

Agree with your "bad, bad ruling" comment one hundred percent, Tim!

This crowd in the Supreme Court is re-writing the Constitution bit by bit, and this bit is all in favour of the big money brigade; as the whole 'redevelopment' project is supposed to 'support' a pharmaceutical company's research plant; and you don't get bigger money than that!

(If you think the left favors this, just think of the corporate involvement. That should settle your concerns.)
