Barbara Ehrenfeld.

Arthur’s Seat has a follow up in the case of Barbara Ehrenfeld. I don’t thinkk there’s anything unusual at all in hte way the case was treated in the UK. I seem to remember at least one case from the 80s when something like 3 copies of an Arab language paper made it to the UK and that was enough for someone to sue. What’s going to make it a lot tougher is enrocement....from what I recall, US courts don’t like to enforce British libel judgements.

Update. Dave Heasman emails to point out that I am a plonker. Rachel, not Barbara. Slap, slap Timmy.
