National Insurance Idiocies.

Squander Two neatly skewers the idiocies in our system of National Insurance. The net effect is that if you decide that you don't wish to (or need to perhaps?) claim benefits when you are between jobs for a couple of weeks, then the system decides that you are not eligible for them in the future. Yet if you do suck off the taxpayer's teat then you are. Bizarre.
