The Department for Constitutional Affairs is spending £10,000 offering advice on how to claim asylum. The leaflets are in Welsh. - Daily Express
Number of Welsh speakers not already resident in Wales? Small:
The only natural communities of speakers are in that part of Britain which is called Wales, and a small colony in Patagonia (in the Chubut province of Argentina),
Number of asylum seekers from Chubut? None.
