Like all of these email lotteries this is a scam and it works in hte following way.

You will be asked to send them money to have your prize released to you. They might call it for taxes, for legal fees, or insurance for the courier of your check. But the same thing will happen. Any money you send will be kept by the criminals and no prize will ever be sent to you.
