Cheap holidays abroad: in Turkey
So, it's the summer holidays coming up and of course we're all looking for where we can get our Cheap Holidays Abroad.
The thing to think about here is that we want, of course, to go to somewhere that is worth going to. No one holidays in Cardiff, for obvious reasons. But, of the possible places we might go, which is also cheap?
Well, you see, that rules out the entirety of the euro zone. The countries which are in it, like Portugal, Sapin, Italy and Greece, well, they just simply aren't cheap. Not just because of the currency rates themselves, but because of the costs that EU membership imposes.
Which means that, for a place with good food, good weather, decent booze and low prices we're left with only one destination. Turkey.
Hey, works for me, I like the place.
