Tina Sherman Nude Photos

Tina Sherman and her husband Philip are suing McDonalds for $3million after nude photographs of her were posted on the Internet.

Tina sent Philip nude photos of herself to his cell phone.  Philip left his cell phone in a McDonalds in Arkansas this summer.  The employee's at McDonalds did return the phone to Philip Sherman but not before posting the nude photos of Tina along with her name, address and telephone number.

Ok, I have some things to say about this.

1. Who in their right mind sends nude photos of them self to a cellphone, even if the phone belongs to their husband?

2. Who in their right mind looks through someone else's cell phone photographs?

3. Who in their right mind loses their cell phone when they know they have nude photos of their wife on it?

I think you can tell that I feel no one was in their right mind here.

The Shermans do not have much problem proving that McDonalds employees did this as they admit on the website where they posted the pictures that they found them on a cell phone left in the restaurant.

This must make a change for McDonalds as they are usually sued over food dissatisfaction.  Must make it more interesting for the lawyers!
