Mary Delgado has been arrested again!

Mary who was a contestant on The Bachelor was arrested over the weekend for public intoxication.  She is also being charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Apparently Mary felt "it was her constitutional right" to drink for as long as she liked, obviously the bar she was in disagreed and chucked her out. 

Mary was bailed by her love from the second series of The Bachelor, Byron Velvick.
