Getting your local information
It's all very well using Google to find what you want....but it can run in to troubles. Looking for a locksmith can get you some guy in Birmingham England while you actually want one in Birmingham Alabama for example. So what you'd like is something that concentrated on local search instead of the entire intertubes.
Similarly, local restaurants aren't going to leap out of Google at you while you know that everyone of them, everyone that you can actually get to before you actually starve, will be in the local yellowpages. Ideally then we'd like to have a search engine that we can uise on hte internet, but one that was organised locally like the yellowpages are.
And of course we've got one, just click through here for local search. A conbination of Yelp, Superages, Yellowpages and Citysearch....that should do it, shouldn't it?
