Essentially, you log on and them compete to become "Miss Bimbo". You have an avatar and you've got to get her into the position where her billionaire boyfriend meets her costs. To get to this position you might need to give her breast augmentation surgery, or pills to help her diet.

All most terribly amusing and what's the best about it is the howls of outrage it is creating. Most fun.
