Can you expand? Are the Police a noted authority on the weather, taxation, the economy, public services, what other countries are like? Are the Police the first leave bad countries typically?

Well, he talks about "hundreds of British police officers". I'd be interested seeing that as a percentage of the total force versus recruitment. Are we talking a net loss of officers? Not like you to not query the numbers, Tim.
