Might be a bit early to cite a quote of the day, Tim.

The Beeb are reporting that Yvette Cooper has announced that these 5 new 'eco towns' planned by the government will be 'zero carbon'.

Now unless that's a typo by a Beeb journo I'm seriously intrigued to know how they'll build a town without using any carbon, what with it being the fourth most abundant chemical element in the universe.

That's in the forward by Sir Alan Peacock not the introduction by Gavin Kennedy...

Tim adds: Tsk: trust me to speed read wrong.

In my defense, it was as I was walkiing the dogs, opening the mail and so on. Clearly I cannot multi-task properly.
