Yes, of course I support them.

Pity about the horrible design of the page. Gives the whole thing an old-fashioned (and slightly shouty) feel, which is the last thing they want.

BB I agree with your assesment of the site design. Guess they don't have a web designer in their web team.

"Pity about the horrible design of the page. Gives the whole thing an old-fashioned (and slightly shouty) feel"

Perhaps that's because they are old-fashioned and slightly shouty.

"BB I agree with your assesment of the site design. Guess they don't have a web designer in their web team."

Then they deserve to fail.

Don't get me wrong: I become more Eurosceptic with every day, but I am conscious that this drift brings me ever closer to people who I wouldn't otherwise sit next to on a train, so barking are their views on economics, immigration, and everything else. It's interesting that most of the "organisations" who oppose greater integration of the UK into the EU---at least partly on the superficially reasonable grounds that the EU is a corrupt mess---seem incapable of arranging a fish-and-chip supper at Harry Ramsden's.

Tim adds: interesting that, I met up with various UKIP types recently to talk over the subject of sorting out some of the web stuff, blogs and so on.

We had a very nice lunch at Harry Ramsden's as we talked actually.

Thanks, PooterGeek; that makes me feel much better... ;-)

Then you might be about to create the exception that proves the rule. Non-loony Lefties write the Euston Manifesto; non-loony Eurosceptics write...

"We had a very nice lunch at Harry Ramsden's as we talked actually."

I hereby declare this the first successful trial of "The Ramsden Test".

You're welcome. If you want people to take you seriously then it's just basic sense. You wouldn't print your official mail on sugar paper you got from your ten-year-old nephew; why would you get him to design your Webpage?

Perhaps you might cast a professional eye over my recently overhauled wedding photography site. (Just the layout, there's a lot more content to be added yet.) Yesterday evening I had to fix a particularly nasty problem with Safari/OS X without direct access to a Mac. Ugh.

Nuff said, I think.
