Now this is of course a terribly minor glitch in a brave adventure and from what I hear the programmes aren't too bad. However, Jeff Jarvis is getting pretty frustrated at not being able to watch on his Mac.
OK, Iain Dale pops up (hey, very good customer service and all that) and says:

I find the stream is too big for my 1Mbit connection too... Why won't pipex respond to my requests to upgrade?
