Britblog Roundup # 82
OK, here it is, a day late and no doubt a dollar short as well. Your nominations for those blog posts that you think the rest of us should take note of.
You can make recommendations for next week’s by emailing the URL to britblog AT gmail DOT com.
First up is a most amusing little post from Shrink Wrap. Simply read and enjoy.
The Reactionary Snob takes on Germaine Greer over Steve Irwin. Quite rightly so.
Gary James on a present and whether it should be fish or fishes.
Archbishop Cramner on Ruth Kelly and religious schools. Fund all or none?
Rachel in North London asks quite how mad is Tony Blair? Answers on a postcard please.
The elegantly named PigDogF**ker takes apart some ignorant ramblings on the subject of the Moslem population of these isles.
A complaint about the rolling news channels. Several actually.
Carpsio with a listing of NuLab’s iniquities. Given that the URL includes "swinging from the gallows" you’ll have an idea of his views.
Slugger O’Toole with a roundup of the Brown/Blair squabbling. How long before we can finally bury this story?
Chris Dolley with another vignette: The Unexpected Suppository.
UK Law Students on another fine use of taxpayer’s money.
Conservative Home has published an invaluable guide to the machinery of Government. Start sacking people!
The England Project on identity theft: illustrating how the national database won’t actually help at all.
Longrider also has an argument with Amex over identity fraud.
Taking Aim on splogs and theft of old blogs and sites. A problem that will probably never really be solved.
Is There Food on his 12 month bloggiversary: ruminations on why he blogs and what he’s got out of it.
The NHS Blog Doctor gets accused of discrimination. Rather absurd actually.
Tim Newman has got married and will be honeymooning in Sakhalin forthe next 2-3 years. Reminds me of a family member who celebrated getting hitched in a place with the most god forsaken weather. "Yes, but why would I want to go outside?"
Stephen Tall finds the Hitch not only quoting him (without qoting him) butalso rather ignorant of recent political history.
Liberal England on the opening of two integrated schools. The last line shows the bureaucratic perfection of the current system.
Suzblog seems to be remarkably sangiune about the fact that her house is falling over.
Shuggy on those who have faith in Blair: faith in what?
Jonny Void on a new police recruitment tactic. Dress the kids up in riot gear.
Adloyada with a desconstruction of, umm deconstructionism. Highly informative.
And that’s it for this week, back next Sunday (long lunches not intervening), until then:

You would have more respect if you didn't have favourites you reprint time and time again and if you actually did your research. Some of the articles you have recomended here were trash and a waste. You are just french kissing asses, do your job properly Or get lost. No one needs you.
Think we can't see what you do fuckwit?
Tim adds: Clearly, no, you don’t know what is done here. People send in the nominations. I stick them up. That’s it. You want other pieces to be added? Nominate them.

That person isn't the only one that's sick of it. Alot of would be political weirdos playing spiteful games nominating each other all day and you go along with it./
what sort of lame game is that?
Make a proper announcement about how you want nominations instead of all of you sitting cosy in your shit.

Well, Tim, I for one would like to take a different tack, and thank you for the pigdog fornication bit. Funniest stuff evah! A biting parody of kneejerk militant leftism. I particularly like the "how dare you call us antisemites when all we want is the annihilation of Israel?" bit: f'n hilarious.
