How remarkable.

So George Galloway had those photos of Mazer Mahmood which he circulated. Various bloggers,including Recess Monkey, put them up on the net. Farrar & Co,  working on behalf of News International, obtained an injunction (am I getting the legal words right here?) stating that they be taken down again, on, I think, the basis of copyright. Which is what happened.

However, did you remember that Scotland has a different legal system?
