Just Wondering
One of those little things. Just wondering, you know. So many of us do look to public figures to aid us in correct thought on the issues of the day. Journalists even, helping us to make sense of complex issues.
Which brings us to John Prescott. Clearly, this is a private matter, a reason for firing him, a tragic result of the family strains imposed by him working so hard on our behalf, an insight into Nu Labour morality....or something. But which of the choices? Who can we turn to to guide us through these problems? Surely there are writers out there, pontificators, wise all knowing men who can help?
Oddly, neither Rod Liddle nor Boris Johnson seem able to today.

There was once a time when Croneyism was characterised as: You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours. But that seems to have modernised by New Labour.
