Times Bombing Roundup.
The Times (from yesterday) has a roundup of blog and press reactions and comments to Thursday’s bombings. Glad to see that Andrew’s open letter got in there along with Nose and LNR.
Only a small note but I thought that some of the blog reactions were vastly (and no, I’m not talking about mine) better than the considered opinions of the leader writers in the major papers.

Agreed. Especially better then the Murdoch press, the response of which has been truly sickening - from Fox News' "now's a good time to buy" to The Sun's "let's round them all up in camps" to today's fearmongering Sunday Times, which features a comment piece the thrust of which is "I'm sure my children and their friends are terrified - I haven't asked them, but they must be - Britain has been changed forever", or similar. Abject nonsense.
Although, in its favour, at least the press has managed to cut down on the "kill all Muslims" crap which seems to have become endemic in certain parts of the American right...
Tim adds: Well, "Murdoch Press" perhaps but I thought the Sun’s front page was very good...two women etc.
