Ooooh, What a Surprise!
Stunning news just in.
Federalist European leaders insisted last night that the EU constitution had risen from the dead after voters in the tiny Grand Duchy of Luxembourg approved it in a referendum.
Yes votes mean yes and no votes mean maybe.

Ah yes, the mighty Luxembourg - population: 468,571.Assuming 80% of poulation can vote, and 54% voted YES that's a massive 200,000 votes for... mmm resounding vote of confidence.
