TCS Piece Up.

TCS has something up by me today. Interestingly, adorned with a nice photograph of Marian Tupy, a Cato Institute guy. It is true that we both write for "The Sprout" and for TCS but I would like to put to rest the rumour that I am in fact his alter ego. No, not even a pen name of his for articles he would be embarrassed to have under his own.
But then you know how institutionally racist America is, all those Europeans, they look the same.
